I'm excited to offer birth doula services as I complete my training and gain invaluable experience for my full certification. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based and individualized emotional, physical, and informational support for birthing people and their families.   

Equitable access to gender affirming and anti-racist care is important to me.  To ensure this vital support is available to all, my fees are on a sliding scale at this time (starting at $500), allowing for flexible and affordable options.

All learning happens in relationships, which come first.  As a direct service provider, I rely on family-centered coaching, education, empowerment, and reflective feedback. 

Caregivers are the most important teacher, and we are a team.  We partner to optimize linguistic and social-emotional interactions to support communication, resilience, and a skill-set that supports lifelong learning.

I specialize in the first 5 years, and I also support communication throughout the lifespan, with experience in supporting in adolescents and adults with a variety of goals.

Neuro-diversity affirming and culturally humble practices are important to me,  and I strive to ensure your voice is heard.

I am in-network with Premera, and can bill out-of-network or provide a super-bill for all other insurances. We can discuss terms and fees.

Since 2003, I have gathered a wide breadth and depth of experiences in the Early Learning community.

As an academic researcher, public speaker, university faculty member, professional development trainer, early learning director, 0-3 home visiting therapist, advisor, and clinician (and parent!), I have learned deep life lessons as alongside diverse learners and families of children who are healing from adversity, have neurodevelopmental differences, or are thriving after disability diagnoses.

I bring this background as a lens to support your work, in a way that is tailored to your vision.  I develop consultation packages, customized workshops and toolkits around removing barriers to increase inclusion of people with diverse learning needs, to help you and your family or education team feel confident and empowered in supporting children and families.  

I am a STARS-approved trainer in WA state, levels 1-5.
